Francesca also acts for ultra high net worth individuals in connection with succession and inheritance matters, involving trust structures and substantially family owned business.

She graduated in law with full marks at the “Università degli Studi” in Parma in 1993 and was admitted to the bar in 1997.

She is qualified to represent clients before the Supreme Court.
