Stefano graduated in law in 1993 from the University of Naples “Federico II” and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1996.

He focuses on civil litigation, also before the arbitrational panels. He assists companies active in the insurance, pharmaceutical, transportation and healthcare businesses.

He developed a significant experience in the restructuring and insolvency practice, assisting on a continuative basis the management of the companies being restructured and financial institutions or creditors through all the phases of the restructuring or insolvency procedures.
