Mariadomenica graduated in law on 1990 from the University of Naples “Federico II” and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1994.

She focuses on negotiation and draftings of commercial agreements such as contracts, distribution and agency agreements, leasing agreements, franchising agreements as well as commercial leases and leases of going concerns .

She developed a broad experience in the litigation practice, with specific regard to the financial and insurance industries, as well as the telecommunication, energy and tourism businesses.
