As head legal counsel of leading companies, including listed companies, she gained extensive experience in managing and advising on corporate law, corporate governance and business risk management, legal affairs, compliance and anti-bribery/anti-corruption.

During her years as General Counsel of the group headed by a primary public service operator in the aviation and air navigation industry, she also served as a member of the boards of directors of Italian and foreign companies and as a member of supervisory bodies and managed, inter alia,  corporate and M&A transactions, bonds issuances and listing on the electronic stock exchange managed by Borsa Italiana.

She graduated in law summa cum laude from Università Federico II in Naples, gained a Master of Sciences at the London School of Economics and is admitted to appear before Italian supreme courts.
